Fan Array Systems

TMI Custom Air Systems has incoporated Fan Array Systems into AHUs where this technology can bring benefit to a project.

TMI’s design consists of multiple direct drive fans assembled into an array, controlled by single or multiple VFD's.

Air Blenders

Air Blenders can be installed within TMI's air handling systems to reduce air temperature stratificaiton. This stratification is inherent in air handling equipment and can cause a multitude of issues such as coil freezing, inaccurate temperature or humidity reading, in addition air blenders can improve air velocity profiles across filters, coils and humidifiers that can cause filter blow out, water carry over, etc...

Kool C.A.T.™

Kool C.A.T.™ (Critical Air Technology) provides existing and new systems with independent zone control for critical areas in a hospital or building. Features include: steam humidifier, cooling coil, reheat coil, HEPA filters, modulating damper, pre-piped & wired with controls plus enclosed piping area with drain pan.
